    The primary role of the Service Coordination Supervisor is to:

  • Supervise and monitor the interest, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing compliance of our clients to ensure that quality and timeliness standards are being met and maintained.

  • Supervise and collaborate with team members who work across clinical programs to schedule and onboard clients, with the goal of creating and implementing standard processes across AZA United.

  • Supervise Service Coordinators and provide guidance, support, training and process updates

  • Understand funding source contracts and requirements;

  • Designing, documenting, and enforcing policies and procedures; and ensuring compliance and best practices are met by the department.  

    Schedule: This is a full-time role, and the anticipated work schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. 

Location: This role is HYBRID - 90% remote and 10% in-office(s). 

Pay: The starting pay range for this role is $29-$36/hour DOE. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, monitor and support assigned staff: 

  • Provide initial and ongoing training for assigned employees 

  • Oversee the work of all assigned employees to ensure performance standards are met 

  • Frequently observe the work of assigned staff and meet with them regularly to provide performance feedback and monitor progress towards goals 

  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions should the need arise 

  • Serve as subject matter expert regarding Service Coordination processes 

    Process Documentation & Improvement 

  • Document procedures in a way that can be easily understood and implemented by others 

  • Regularly review Service Coordination processes to ensure accuracy and relevance to current practices 

  • Streamline and standardize Service Coordination processes by identifying areas for improvement and making suggestions for how to make those improvements 

    Service Coordination Activities 

  • Supervise the collaboration of administrative and clinical teams for Service Coordination activities 

  • Act as a back-up to all Service Coordinators in the event of absences or changes in bandwidth

  • Monitor scheduling processes for quality and compliance with AZA United procedures 

  • Special projects as assigned related to Service Coordination 

    Communication 

  • Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to provide high quality coordination and resolve challenges efficiently and effectively 

  • Collaborate with all levels of employees and management 

  • Work with Administrative, Operations, and Clinical teams to develop, implement and improve systems related to building and maintaining effective Service Coordination

    Experience & Qualifications:

  • G.E.D. or HS Diploma required; Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred 

  • At least 2 years of successful Supervisory experience 

  • At least 2 years of related experience in a complex administrative support role, preferably roles that involved coordination/scheduling/onboarding of clients in the behavioral health field (autism field experience is a PLUS)

  • Excellent computer and technical skills (must be highly proficient in Excel; must be able to work in multiple databases and systems related to the role)  

  • Must provide your own reliable transportation and be able to travel regularly to AZA United's office and clinic locations throughout Maricopa County 

  • Must be able to obtain an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, provide proof of car insurance/registration and meet other hiring requirements
