Assembly Mechanic - Level 3

As an Assembly Mechanic - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex mechanical systems and components. Your expertise in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting will ensure the successful production and delivery of high-quality products. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that all components are properly assembled and tested to meet quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform mechanical assembly of complex systems and components • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of assembled products • Follow assembly instructions and quality standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production • Maintain accurate documentation and records of assembly processes

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly • Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques and tools • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving

WE VALUE

• High School Diploma or GED • Technical certification or vocational training in mechanical assembly • Experience with precision measurement tools • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
