Responsibilities
The Administrative Coordinator II is responsible for generating data reports and managing third-party payor documentation while ensuring accuracy in financial and operational records. This role involves identifying trends, discrepancies, and errors for analysis and recommending procedural and process improvements to automate, streamline, and enhance efficiency. The position requires maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and files to track and organize critical information. Additional responsibilities include purchasing department supplies, scheduling as needed, and overseeing payroll and attendance records, including tracking paid and unpaid time off and correcting missed or erroneous time clock punches. The Administrative Coordinator II is also responsible for organizing and maintaining records and files, securing documents, and gathering necessary information from internal and external sources. This role involves maintaining schedules, answering telephones, taking messages, and collaborating with team members to acquire essential information and materials to support department operations.
Qualifications
Minimum
Three years related experience.
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
College level business coursework preferred
Knows Kronos, Onestaff and other timekeeping programs.
College level business coursework preferred
Pay Range
$17.93 - $24.66 /hour
