Administrative Assistant (Multiple position)

01+ month contract with high potential for extension

Pay range: $20-24/hr

Job Summary:

Performs a variety of administrative functions. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.

Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.

May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.

Requires a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager

Core Job Responsibilities:

Provide Support to Nursing Staff and reports to manager

Support with appointment scheduling

Scanning documents and medical records

Deliver exceptional and empathetic service to colleagues while ensuring privacy policy is maintained

Coordinating and proactively maintaining multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings on behalf of medical personnel while using a high level of integrity

Managing incoming phone calls and emails; Prioritizing what is important and urgent; Acknowledging receipt/replies on behalf of, etc.

Qualifications Include:

High level of integrity required for handling sensitive and confidential information

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; strong interpersonal and collaborating skills

Team player who is dependable and enthusiastic

PC skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, DocuSign, Excel
