Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in PHOENIX, Arizona. This role is set in the finance industry, where the successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing customer accounts and resolving relevant inquiries. The job function entails processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient operation of the accounts receivable function.

Responsibilities:

• Handle processing of customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records

• Manage the billing process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing

• Oversee cash applications to ensure correct application of funds

• Handle cash collections and manage commercial collections operations

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Operate Oracle and QuickBooks for accounting and financial management purposes

• Work with SAP for enterprise resource planning and data management

• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Billing procedures

• Familiarity with Cash Applications and Cash Collections processes

• Knowledge of Commercial Collections

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle software

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP software

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

• High degree of accuracy and efficiency

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
