Under general direction, prepares, reviews, monitors contracts for the acquisition of goods and services to ensure compliance with ABOR, university, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, federal standards and requirements.
- Reviews non-complex contractual terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), university policy, local, state, and federal standards, regulations, and requirements.
- Reviews proposed, revised and current contracts for risk management, insurance, and indemnifications issues to ensure adherence with contract requirements.
- Maintain and update procurement contract database to include but is not limited to: vendor name; contract term; expirations; pricing; general contract terms and conditions.
- Works with procurement management and suppliers to resolve purchase order conflict in reference to terms and conditions.
- Assists with the delivery of in-house training to promote participation and understanding of the contract process.
- Assist with the preparation of correspondence and documents as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
