Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transaction files including tax, employee net pay, wage garnishments and payroll accounting records
Complete reconciliations of client tax accounts.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of all payroll accounting procedures and tasks
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Works with broader Payroll Services Team to ensure payroll transactions are properly logged in applicable systems including general ledger and financial institutions
Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications:
4 year degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years industry experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage project completion timelines
Candidates with payroll industry and/or Deltek+ComputerEase experience will be given priority
