Description We are looking for a System Analyst to join our team based in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be a key player in providing technical support for several applications utilized by the Legal and Compliance team. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between end users, the development team, and the management team

• Provide high-quality user support for all in-house built applications, including analyzing support issues and new enhancements

• Develop solutions that adhere to best practices and collaborate with development resources for complex and large issues

• Maintain timely communication with end users throughout the resolution process

• Serve as a Project Manager on mid to large projects, coordinating all phases of the System Development Life Cycle activities of the team

• Work with end users to gather requirements for new applications or new features to existing applications, conduct testing and monitor production implementation

• Collaborate with the Managed Services team to manage all open inquiries from inception to delivery

• Create communications and user guides to facilitate understanding and adoption of new and existing applications and features

• Conduct live and/or recorded training sessions for users as needed

• Facilitate project team meetings, including agendas, meeting minutes, and action items

• Create and maintain completed projects and system-related documentation in a well-organized process

• Additionally, create and maintain documentation on day-to-day support, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes

• Undertake additional related support and maintenance responsibilities as needed Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Experience in technical support and workstation support

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality and compliance

• Solid understanding of project management principles

• Proficient in using 'About Time' software

• Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions

• Experience in the production environment

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams

• Knowledge and application of best practices in the field

• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time

• Experience in onsite support and system enhancements

• Familiarity with MIS (Management Information Systems)

• Ability to serve as a liaison between different teams and stakeholders

• Experience in conducting and participating in training sessions
