Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sr Project Manager to join our team. As a Sr Project Manager, in partnership with the Sr Project Architect and Sr Project Designer, you are accountable for project financial performance and team communication. You will manage multiple projects during all phases until completion. You will direct employees and consultants at all levels to ensure that proper steps and procedures are taken and that work is completed as planned, budgeted, scheduled, and in conformance with the design intent.

Hard Skills

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare and project management

• Extensive Healthcare Experience

• Bachelors in Architecture

• Proficient in Revit

• Registered Architect, or close to becoming a professional

Soft Skills

• Staff Development

• Business Development with new and existing clients

• Client management/interface

• Leadership within the firm

• Project management - including managing design team, client, budget, and schedule, providing all communication, full life cycle of project

Job Type

This is a permanent position. Direct Placement with the client.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania and some days remote.

Work Environment

The Philly office is in beautiful Logan Square with great views of the city. The office is very new, having been established just 4 years ago, and currently houses about 45-50 people, operating at near full capacity. The dress code is business casual and business professional.
