Responsibilities
Analyze current processes and identify automation opportunities
Design, document, and optimize end-to-end workflows within ServiceNow FSO
Ensure alignment of process improvements with business goals and compliance requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Translate business needs into actionable ServiceNow configurations and workflows
Configure ServiceNow FSO modules, including case management and claims processing
Customize forms, UI policies, business rules, and workflows based on business requirements
Work with developers to implement integrations with external financial systems
Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials
Conduct training sessions and workshops
Provide ongoing support and guidance for continuous improvement
Requirements
Deep understanding of ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) module
Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, and best practices
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – FSO (or related certification)
Prior experience in the insurance industry
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data migration within ServiceNow
Ability to travel a few times per month to the office in Hartford, CT (we can cover the business travel expenses)

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $160,000 - $200,000.
