Your responsibilities

• Study, analyze and review complex legal documents

• Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload

• Data base management of all relevant documents

• Support attorney through all stages of project work Requirements - Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

• Capability to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Strong familiarity with LexisNexis

• Well-founded grasp of Briefing

• Proven knowledge of Billing Functions

• Practical knowledge of Claim Administration

• Wide ranging experience with Discovery

• Earlier work involving trial preparation

• Management System experience preferred

• General familiarity with Calendar Management

• Experience with Microsoft Excel

• Case Management Software experience required

• Quality experience with Complaint Handling

• Solid understanding of Adobe Acrobat

• Being savvy with word processing and spreadsheets is favorable

• Strong problem-solving skills
