In Salesforce marketing and sales at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Salesforce applications related to marketing and sales. You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Salesforce marketing and sales applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their marketing and sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in working with business stakeholders in understanding their business needs, developing a value proposition, architecting end-to-end solutions, and leading teams to meet customer’s service business objectives including:
In-depth knowledge and experience of the Marketing Cloud business process and creating/maintaining data extensions, campaign creation, Email campaigns, conversion tracking and advanced message personalization;
Ability to develop value propositions, solution approaches, and business proposals to meet client needs;
Lead multi-competency teams to deliver complex, Marketing Cloud transformation programs;
Ability to lead client executive discussions focused on scope, approach, design and implementation considerations;
Engage team members to grow the collective Marketing Cloud skills and experience;
Ability to work with the Business Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution;
In-depth understanding of integrations with third party systems through a variety integration patterns and Salesforce capabilities;
Manage and communicate with the development team to design and implement solutions with a focus on adhering to industry leading practices and code quality techniques;
Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;
Demonstrate an understanding of enterprise applications to which Salesforce.com is commonly integrated to enable an end-to-end ecosystem for enterprise customers (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Marketo and related cloud and/or on premise ERP business applications);
Ability and/or a proven record of success in industry Salesforce and technology consulting abilities in the front office with companies with $500M in annual revenue and;
Experience leading a team around efforts with identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection; and, preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
