Rhoads Industries, Inc. Reporting Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- US Citizenship required
- Daily validation of employee time entry data
- Maintain employee 'crew' lists
- Coordinate with various Departments, Supervisors, and Leads to ensure hours are correct in preparation for the payroll process
- Comparison of the ATA time entry system to the Dynamics time entry system
- Working in Dynamics to perform data corrections and redistribution of time
- Review of PTO, Call outs, and Zero Hour reports
- Report distribution as needed
- Backup coverage for teammates as needed

- *Required: *High School Diploma
*Preferred: *Associates/Bachelor's Degree
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work in-office 5 days per week at Philadelphia Navy Yard location
- Strong and accurate data entry skills required for this high volume data entry position
- Intermediate Excel skills required.
- Strong math skills required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The performance of this position involves exposure to construction or industrial areas where the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hard hats and hearing protection is required.
