Project Manager

Position Summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Project Manager. The Project Manager will lead project teams in the management and successful delivery of assigned Projects/client relationships and will be the Catalent Advocate and the Client Advocate. The Project Manager will develop solution-based approaches to project issues and customer relationship management and will promote continuous improvement in all aspects of the job.

This is a full-time role position: Monday – Friday, days.

This 206,878 square-foot facility, located in the Philadelphia area is Catalent’s global Center of Excellence for Clinical Supply Packaging. Catalent offers GMP secondary packaging and clinical labeling services throughout our global network. Packaging can be configured to hold a single product or multiple products as determined by study requirements. We offer manual patient kit assembly along with semi-automated and automated wallet sealing and high-speed automated carding to meet the needs of studies of all sizes. For temperature sensitive products and those with minimal to zero allowable time out of environment, we can perform secondary packaging in refrigerated and frozen packaging rooms or over dry ice depending upon your project needs. Using our Clinicopia global labeling system with its multi-lingual label phrase library we can design single panel, booklet labels or our unique Peel-ID™ safe storage labels for your studies. Single panel and Peel-ID™ safe storage labels can be conveniently reviewed and approved online via our Fusion portal before being printed and inspected at our facilities.

The Role

• Under own direction for assigned projects or in support of a project management team coordinate projects from award stage to completion ensuring correct planning timelines are generated, monitored and tracked to ensure successful adherence and completion.

• Attend and produce minutes and actions for client meetings/teleconferences/client visits and Audits to support own assigned projects or project management team and understand full scope requirements to generate all required project documentation.

• Receive, monitor and manage client supplied label text/randomizations, drug, components and materials and ensure delivery to internal functions as required.

• Generate required documentation and liaise with depot group for 3rd party depot set up.

• Manage inventory reporting and monitor and track client inventory in line with project requirements.

• Set up clients on fusion suite as required, provide ongoing support for client use and password management.

• Accurately Forecast M&P revenue, project management revenue, and supply chain to support S&OP and site forecast process.

• All other duties as assigned.

The Candidate

• High school diploma or general education diploma is required.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree is strongly preferred. Minimum of high school diploma with relevant experience will be considered.

• 3+ years’ experience in a Project Management, Customer Service or appropriate business-related area is preferred.

• Prior experience in Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Packaging, Medical Device or similar industry strongly preferred.

• Good time management/organizational skills, adopting a committed approach to providing a high level of customer service.

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

• The ability to work as part of a team, adopting a right first-time approach ensuring the commitments are met in a timely manner.

• Demonstrated professionalism including excellent work ethic, positive attitude and experience communicating with external clients.

• Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds.
