Job Summary

Job Description

DUTIES: Research and create plans with scrum and product development departments to ensure products meet specific objectives outlined by stakeholders and clients; coordinate software product development using Scrum and other Agile methodologies; perform product backlog management and project management, and maintain project documentation using project management architecture and tools, including Confluence, Jira, and Rally; serve as primary contact between scrum teams, product development departments, and stakeholders; work with product managers and directors in creating roadmaps and prioritizing the feature backlog; gather requirements by engaging the appropriate users and stakeholders in requirements gathering sessions using various methodologies, including case analysis, business process analysis, and workflow modeling; work with product managers for larger features and self-managing smaller features throughout the development lifecycle; use technical knowledge to manage trade-offs between internal and external stakeholders; collaborate with the Reporting & Analytics team to create product and feature analytics dashboards; and conduct final review and submit approval before releasing product to clients. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and two (2) years of experience developing software using Scrum and Agile methodology; and performing product backlog management and project management using Confluence, Jira, and Rally.
