University City Housing Company Part-Time Bouncer (Saturdays) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Location: Summit Park Communities, Roxborough, PA
Position Type: Part-Time
Availability: Must have Saturday evening availability
UCH is seeking a motivated and responsible Bouncer to work in a fast-paced full-service Clubhouse located in the heart of our community at Summit Park Apartments ( www.summitphilly.com ). We encourage our residents to ‘Have Fun Where You Live’ and this role is critical in ensuring they can do just that!

Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the safety and security of patrons and staff
Check for valid IDs to ensure legal age & residency compliance
Watch the crowd for altercations and/or unruly patrons or guests
Address and de-escalate conflicts professionally and respectfully
Enforce venue rules and policies while maintaining a friendly demeanor
Assist in crowd control and ensure capacity limits are adhered to
Protect company property and equipment from damage
Assist bartender in stocking the bar as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Background Check Required
Personable and friendly attitude
A bility to multi-task
Prior experience in security, crowd control, or a related role is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
Availability on Saturday evenings is required
