DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Location/Territory: Industrial Accounts in Eastern PA, including and east of these counties- Philadelphia, N Chester, Berks, Lebanon, Dauphin, Snyder, Union, Lycoming, and Tioga.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the (Territory) area. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales, build relationships, and provide technical expertise within a growing and supportive company environment.

Key Responsibilities: * Territory and Customer Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and increase revenue within your assigned territory. Set clear objectives and forecast sales performance. * Field Visits and Relationship Building: Travel throughout the territory to engage directly with clients, understand their needs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service and fulfillment. * Technical Support: Collaborate with customers' technical teams to offer expert advice on product specifications, applications, and installation. Provide solutions and education on industrial equipment. * Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: * Experience: 2-5 years in a similar sales role within an industrial environment, with a focus on engineering or technical sales related to valves and flow control products. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Dynamics365 for documentation and reporting. * Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to listen, clarify, and address customer needs effectively. * Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and show initiative in growing sales and managing customer relationships. * Clean driving record and valid insurance.  Credit check is required for this position.
