Job Title: MEP Manager

Job Description

A well known company is seeking a MEP Manager to join their Philadelphia team.

Hard Skills

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree

• Experience with MEP Management for Buildings

• Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Studies (Due Diligence/Field Testing)

• 8 plus years of experience working as a project manager for an MEP

• AutoCAD and Revit experience

• Client management experience

• Experience with projects over and below 50,000 square feet

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in NA, Pennsylvania and some days remote.

Work Environment

Great locations in Center City Philadelphia, Hybrid opportunity with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office and Monday, Friday from home. 50 person company with 18 in Philly. Office in NJ and NY. 18 people in the Electrical team. Office is business casual pending client engagements. Open office with offices down the interior wall and a pit style with cubicles internally.
