Qualifications
Preferred three years of technical skills experience preferred in all areas of Manufacturing. Familiar with SAP.
Clear understanding manufacturing practices.
Excellent communication and project management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft business software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Graphing Programs and Outlook
Responsibilities
Develop action plans with Production, Quality, Raws, Warehouse, and Division Quality Assurance to ensure SAP processes are maintained.
Lead risk assessment analysis. Manage issues with non-conforming SAP processes. Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and performance.
Review and release production to Logistics.Coordinate internal self-assessments from scheduling through the corrective action process.
Assist in the preparation for all audits conducted by internal or external personnel. This includes Food Safety audits, AIB GMP audits, regulatory audits, etc.
Conduct training on changes and updates to SAP systems, procedures and testing requirements
Subject Matter Expert for SAP systems.Responsible for documentation control
Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Plant Leadership
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $58,500 based on a full-time schedule.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
