As the Manager of Service Delivery for External Workers, you will oversee the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) strategy for our contingent workforce service line.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of contingent workforce operations. You will manage the delivery and performance of our MSP provider and VMS technology, shaping and implementing market strategies for service line maturity. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like HR, you will deliver a robust contingent labor service to the firm.

By communicating vision and strategy to firm leaders, you will recommend innovative solutions based on industry trends and key metrics. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties will enable you to leverage best practices and industry knowledge. With a growth mindset, you will drive integration and collaboration within the team, acting as a role model and developing talent through coaching and feedback. Your qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification is a plus 7+ years of experience in contingent labor program support in procurement (preferred) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively Develop and implement strategies to optimize external worker operations and support business goals Oversee the outsource MSP the vendor performance, delivery, contract negotiations, and compliance Leader in industry trends and best practices in contingent workforce management and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of the contingent workforce program Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions at all organizational levels Ability to manage multiple points of view and perspectives towards syndicated solution. Results oriented, highly equipped at delivering measurable outcomes and overcoming challenges Experience influencing senior leadership in a consensus-based culture, able to drive change, meet deadlines, and inspire confidence among senior leadership
