Reference #: 128939-1 We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the QA team to ensure the highest quality standards for our software products. This role requires a deep understanding of software development processes, testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.

The Software Quality Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to identify and resolve quality issues, implement process improvements, and ensure that our software products meet or exceed customer expectations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing QA teams, developing and executing test plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role also involves mentoring and developing team members, setting performance goals, and ensuring that the QA team is aligned with the overall business objectives.

The Software Quality Operations Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing QA metrics, reporting on the quality of our software products, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. About you- experience, education, skills Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or related field Minimum 5 years in quality assurance Minimum 3 years in leadership/management Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. Proven track record of managing QA teams and projects.

What you will be doing in this role... Ensure high-quality software products. Develop and implement QA processes and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Monitor and report on the quality of software products. Define and implement QA metrics and KPIs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team. Coordinate with development and product management teams to ensure alignment. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools and technologies.

Hours of Work This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days at our Clarivate offices Full Time, permanent, working regular business hours EST
