Job Summary

Connectivity (Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Home Security/Automation) sits at the heart of Comcast, and the Manager for Connectivity Service will play a key role in delivering a superior internet and home product to customers. Xfinity Internet products focus on delivering the fast and most reliable service to our customers and the Xfinity Home products drive mass market adoption of professional monitored home security and self-monitored home protection products. This Manager will primarily be responsible for supporting the development of new Connectivity products from strategy to go-to-market, as well as supporting the management of the overall Connectivity portfolio. In this role, this individual will work cross-functionally to develop winning customer propositions and then help partner with a diverse array of stakeholders to bring these industry-defining Connectivity products to life. Among other duties, this individual will help execute customer research, strategic business cases, technology assessments, pricing & packaging evaluations, and more. Connectivity’s core importance to Comcast ensures this role will have great exposure and visibility. Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver on Connectivity portfolio strategies in developing customer centric products

  • Oversee customer research and competitive analysis to obtain product insights; translate them into actionable recommendations

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the product go-to-market strategy utilizing excellent strong analytical skills

  • Support defining of customer value propositions by synthesizing customer needs with internal capabilities

  • Assess technical and operational feasibility; support decision-making for setting business requirements for our key stakeholders and development partners

  • Foster relationships and serve as a Connectivity subject matter expert to cross-functional partners across Finance, Technology, Customer Experience, Strategy, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, and others

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • BS required

  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management, operations, analytics

  • Dynamic communication and storytelling ability to connect with audiences of all levels

  • Strong interpersonal skills – an outstanding ability to build relationships, influence and navigate within a complex organization

  • Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results

  • Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with experienced judgement

Bachelor's Degree
