As a Loan Administrator Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members and local organizations

• Educate clients on available loan products and services, ensuring they understand their options

• Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine clients' eligibility for various loan programs

• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation

• Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and offer accurate advice

Requirements

The ideal Loan Administrator candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business finance or accounting

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a loan administration or similar role.

• Knowledge of data processing principles and best practices.

• Understanding of closing processes in loan administration.

• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards in loan administration.

• Proficiency in using Automated Underwriting System.

• Experience with Calyx Point software.

• Familiarity with LaserPro software.

• Familiarity with credit analysis and decision-making.

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
