Landscaping LLC 19162 West River Road, Columbia Station, OH 44028 Job

Title: Landscape Laborer Positions Available: 5 Temporary, Full-Time

Positions from 4/1/2025 to 11/15/2025. Job Description: Landscape or

maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.

Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any

combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting,

watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of

mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Work to be performed for

Bee Green Landscaping LLC. For work to be performed in various cities and

towns in Lorain, Medina, and Cuyahoga Counties, Ohio. • Experience: None

required. • Education: None required. • Minimal onsite training provided. •

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. • Shift: 40

hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some overtime and

weekends required. • Tools and Equipment: Provided at no cost to workers.

Compensation: • Wage: $18.73/hour • Overtime Wage: $28.10/hour (1.5

times the regular rate) • Frequency of Pay: Biweekly • Pay Computation:

Single workweek used for wage computation. • Pay Deductions: All

deductions taken as required by law. Merit-Based Raises: Available at

employer's discretion. Housing and Transportation: • Housing: Employer will

assist employees in locating housing. • Daily Transportation: Workers are

responsible for transportation to the designated pick-up location in Lorain

County, Ohio. Transportation to and from worksites will be provided from

Lorain County, Ohio. Travel and Meals: • Transportation and Subsistence: o

Workers completing 50% of the contract period will be reimbursed for

inbound transportation and subsistence costs. o Return transportation and

subsistence provided upon contract completion or early dismissal. • Daily

Meals During Travel: Reimbursement at $15.88/day minimum, up to
