Macquarie Investment Management Paralegal in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

In this role you will assist attorneys in preparation of contracts, investment guidelines and operational procedures for institutional separate account clients, sub-transfer agents and networking relationships, trading relationships, and various other counterparties. In addition, you will assist in preparation, filing and distribution of mutual fund registration statements (prospectuses, summary prospectuses, statements of additional information) and other periodic open-end, ETF, and closed-end fund regulatory filings. You will also prepare for and attend board, operating company, and shareholder meetings and draft minutes.

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Experience with content and document management systems Experience with the SEC's EDGAR system Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects on a timely basis Paralegal experience in a mutual fund disclosure area preferred
