Growth Sales Enablement Manager

The Growth Sales Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Growth and Operations teams by collaborating closely to leverage resources, content and data effectively in driving business growth and profitability. The Growth Sales Enablement Manager will lead strategic initiatives, ensuring the use of best-in-class methodologies and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key Objectives:

  • Optimize the utilization of Sales Data from Salesforce to achieve New Business Targets.

  • Act as the lead for Business Development Resource and Operational Activities.

  • Serve as the liaison for the Sales Support Team to provide system training and resource access.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content repository at the account level to optimize access and proposal development for both new business and account renewals.

  • Plan and execute initiatives for new business and renewal business development teams.

  • Lead Salesforce utilization for opportunity and account strategy development.

  • Support B2B Marketing lead generation efforts and collaborate on messaging and campaigns with the B2B team.

Core Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Growth teams to establish standard operating procedures for DBDs and DSPs

  • Utilize SalesForce to optimize data for achieving new business targets.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives related to Business Development Resource and Operational Activities.

  • Serve as the primary contact for the Sales Support Team, providing training and access to resources.

  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive content repository for account-level materials.

  • Coordinate planning and roll-out of new business and renewal business development initiatives.

  • Take ownership of Salesforce utilization, including strategy development and reporting for renewals and new business.

  • Collaborate with the B2B team on messaging and HubSpot email campaigns.

  • Manage data imports, Agile updates, and notifications related to B2B initiatives.

  • Coordinate with conference leads on importing lists and setting up campaigns and manage post-conference reporting.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale program and process management, preferably in Higher Education.

  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a matrixed environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in manipulating large datasets, including detailed costing models.

  • Ability to influence decision-making processes related to operational planning.

  • Ability to establish credibility at all organizational levels and maintain objectivity amid competing interests.

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other relevant software tools.

  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.

  • Adaptability to new situations in a dynamic environment.

  • Ownership mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
