As the Global Head, Facilities, Real Estate, and Fleet Procurement General Procurement Director, you lead the development and execution of the global procurement strategy for Real Estate, Facilities, and Fleet through close collaboration with key stakeholders and supplier partners to drive strategy and encourage innovation while ensuring continuity of supply, setting aggressive goals and objectives; drive team to meet or exceed on an annual basis, and managing risk effectively via well-constructed commercial and contractual agreements with third parties. The Global Head will manage a team of 6. This role will be based out of either our FMC building in Philadelphia, PA or GSK House & eligible for a relocation package.

These responsibilities include some of the following: Development, execution, and continued maintenance of comprehensive global sourcing strategies aligned with GSK business stakeholder needs Responsibility and management of annual 500m spend related to Enterprise Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Fleet; ensure compliance to project budgets and schedules Significantly contribute to overall organizational goals by meeting or exceeding annual cost reduction and avoidance goals Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring business alignment on critical objectives Keep abreast of market trends and commodity drivers; leverage same to effect strategies and develop annual cost reduction commitments Build a high performing team comprised of existing colleagues and targeted external hires; initiate multi-year talent development plan, including succession Why you?Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Bachelor's degree in Business OR Supply Chain OR Engineering 15+ years of Procurement experience with large multi-national corporations; focus on indirect categories, including facilities, real estate, and fleet 5 plus years leading a procurement organization leveraging an Enterprise Facilities Management approach across an extensive Real Estate footprint, and utilizing a large sales and perquisite fleet

Experience with market drivers effecting category and of the latest tools for executing sourcing strategies (Ariba, etc.)

Experience negotiating with both external suppliers and internal stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Master's degree or MBA Why GSK?
