Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance

Ministry Name: Trinity Health PACE West Philadelphia

Position Purpose: The Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance is essential in ensuring Trinity Health PACE (TH PACE) meets CMS regulatory standards and upholds the highest quality of care. This leadership role focuses on developing and overseeing the Quality Improvement Plan, leading initiatives to enhance service quality, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor the annual Quality Improvement (QI) Plan in collaboration with the Medical Director.

  • Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and manage Medicare Part D fraud, waste, and abuse programs.

  • Lead quality initiatives, data collection, and analysis to drive improvements.

  • Coordinate and prepare for CMS site visits, audits, and inspections.

  • Oversee infection control programs and participant satisfaction surveys.

  • Manage department budget and resources, and mentor staff to achieve excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 1 year with frail or elderly populations.

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare delivery, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.

  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health records (EMR).
