Clarivate Analytics (US) LLC Director - Global HR Compliance in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: JREQ129543 Clarivate is seeking a dynamic Director - Global HR Compliance to join our global Human Resources team! Fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable culture and workplace, you will lead and support the development, implementation, and management of policies, programs, and initiatives. As a true subject matter expert, you will oversee the administration of Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs for all U.S. locations, supports and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements in all Clarivate jurisdictions. Partnering globally, you will collaborate with HR team members, Legal and other business leaders to support risk mitigation and Company compliance programs, providing guidance, subject matter expertise and assistance in accordance with the U.S. Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulatory guidelines, EEO, other employment related regulatory bodies and best practices.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments... Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related area 7+ years of relevant work experience in HR compliance Prior experience overseeing the administration of Affirmative Action Plans (AAP); Someone that has put together plans and programs Familiarity with the U.S. Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulatory guidelines Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

It would be great if you also had... Previous experience in immigration Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs

What will you be doing in this role?... Establish and maintain an effective HR Compliance program, including identifying potential areas of vulnerability and risk for the various locations in which the Company operates. Serve as the subject matter expert for the Company's Affirmative Action Plans and programs, leveraging an internal network to formulate proposed actions based on plan results and trends. Coordinating our HR compliance reporting to comply with various federal, state, and local requirements Collect data for annual EEO-1, California Pay Data, VETS-4212, Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and any other required government reports and provide to Clarivate's legal partner to prepare accurate and timely reports as needed to fulfill compliance obligations. Provide recommendations to Director, Global People Compliance on how to better manage and report data to ensure simplicity and accuracy in reporting. In partnership with Director, Global People Compliance, implement AAP action plans and document measures taken including outreach efforts, training needs, and other colleague programs In partnership with Director, Global People Compliance and Clarivate's legal partner, run needed reports and provide other needed information upon request in response to an audit notification In partnership with Clarivate's immigration counsel, oversee immigration programs and assist foreign nationals with immigration procedures. Ensure all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Supports Clarivate's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI & B) efforts Monitoring and bringing forward information about legislative changes that may impact our employee policies and practices Globally Creating and updating accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes, as prioritized As requested from Clarivate colleagues, respond to client inquiries related to Clarivate's HR compliance programs, staff demographic information, etc. Partner with Director, Global People Compliance to determine what level of data should be shared Contributing to HR analysis for annual and ad hoc DEI reporting Participating on internal teams tasked with carrying out HR initiatives and process improvements as needed Manage annual replacement of labor law posters for U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico in partnership with our vendor Manage background check results globally; determine what background checks have cleared and those that require further review with the HR business partner, candidate and hiring manager. Manage worker's compensation claims Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required that will providing the opportunity to work on cross-functional HR teams, working on or leading projects/programs

Hours of Work This is a full-time, hybrid position working within commutable distance to one of our U.S. office locations with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
