Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with excellent communication skills that is comfortable working with high-level internal stakeholders within the scientific and manufacturing space. This is an ongoing consulting opportunity that is anticipated to be 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Take complex information of 20+ projects and highlight the milestones and other important information to executive leadership teams

• Organize data to be uploaded into project management tools

• Identify and implement process and tracking strategy with vendors to ensure that teams know responsibilities, what updates are needed, etc.

• Support taking meeting minutes

  Requirements

Required:

• Strong professional experience as a Project Manager in a similar role

• Excellent verbal communications and the ability to ask relevant questions

• A high level thinker who helps teams run meetings, projects, and other initiatives

• Excellent storytelling abilities

• Technical savviness in Microsoft Excel & spread sheets. Understanding of how to organize data so that it can be uploaded into other project management tools automatically

• Organizational Strategy skills

• Ability to network with leaders and keep them on track

• Ensure leaders are prepared for speaking engagements, have slides ready etc.
