Description We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our consumer manufacturing company in Reading, PA. The role will involve a range of duties including assisting the sales department, generating experience in leads, and contributing to B2B marketing strategies. This position is perfect for those with a background in digital marketing, particularly those who have experience in product marketing and design. Must have construction marketing/building envelope or similar field experience. This is a 100% ONSITE position.

Responsibilities: • Assist the sales department in achieving their targets through effective marketing strategies • Drive lead generation efforts to boost sales performance • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to stimulate potential customer interest and inquiries • Generate sales experience in leads to contribute to overall business growth • Leverage B2B marketing tactics to reach key decision-makers in target businesses • Contribute to all parts of the business with your marketing expertise • Utilize design skills to enhance marketing materials and presentations • Develop and manage product marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales • Utilize CRM, social media management, and HubSpot skills to optimize marketing efforts and reach a wider audience. Requirements • Proven experience in B2B Marketing • Proficiency in CRM software, specifically HubSpot • Demonstrable skills in Demand Generation and Lead Generation • Experience with Product Marketing and ability to develop effective marketing strategies • Strong design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Social Media Management • Ability to develop and execute effective Marketing Strategies • Successful completion of a relevant degree or equivalent detail oriented qualification Innovation starts with people.®
