  Requirements

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda for complex business disputes

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters

• Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation cases

• Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar

• 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Experience handling depositions, motions, and court appearances preferred

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong client service skills and business acumen
