This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.
Organization & Team Overview
The Connect Program Delivery team works closely with Operations, Business Units, Architecture, Engineering, and Product teams to gather customer & stakeholder feedback to establish a roadmap and long-term strategy across products & features related to data architecture.
Role Description
Become an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within CONNECT organization. Throughout the experience, there is opportunity for exposure to learning and professional development while having some fun along the way.
As a Technical Program Manager Co-op , you will define and manage program strategy and processes to optimize defined desired outcomes.
What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
For example: In your role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations. Trace defects through a cutting-edge service oriented architecture to find root cause. Develop scripts and utilities to automate data collection from hundreds or thousands of nodes.

You’ll be working with the best and brightest minds in Comcast while we roll out the Network management infrastructure that will power the next generation of data delivery. Success in this role is characterized by a higher speed to market, with fewer customer-facing defects and outages.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Document customer & stakeholder feedback that program team will use to help establish a program scope and milestones
Set up technical engagements / meetings to help drive program management discussions
Document (where needed) - data insights roadmap, program charters, backlog, epics, user stories
Research feature and functionality enhancements with Architecture & Engineering teams
Assist in sending out program communications
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Skills
Technical degree in Computer engineering, Data Analytics, Computer science, engineering, Mathematics,
Enthusiastic candidates with demonstrated technical abilities are typically the best fit for the Technical Program organization
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 31, 2025 through September 19, 2025.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Base Pay: $32.00
