The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.

Role Description

Are you passionate Sales & data analytics?! Do you like big challenges and working within a highly motivated team environment?

As a Comcast Business Sales Reporting & Analytics Intern on the Business Operations & Solutions team, you will be part of the driving force behind world class sales success. Responsible for executing the end-to-end systems setup and onboarding of all new Enterprise Customers as well as ongoing support of Enterprise and supporting systems for the Business Operations and Solutions organization and the broader Comcast Business team. Responsible for accuracy of systems setup and efficient handoff of new contracts, amendments and renewals from Sales to Service delivery. Serves as ultimate QA check for all systems setup and maintenance of MES accounts. Works with Sales, Operations and offshore teams to implement process improvements to ensure overall systems accuracy and efficiency.

In your role you will bridge the gap between Sales and Operations. Partnering with the teams to bridge the gap and ensure we are reporting back on all possible revenue streams.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for end to end process of onboarding new MES customers into legacy Enterprise systems. 

  • Validate and ensure accuracy for timely handoff to Service Delivery.  

  • Process Serviceability requests for Enterprise and Mid MarketoDIA orders. 

  • Work cross functionally with customer and technical support teams to manage escalations and ensure timely and accurate resolution within defined Service Level Agreements.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university

  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027)

  • Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating)

  • Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025

  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs

  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Salary:

Base Pay: $23.00
