Wells Fargo Associate Operations Processor: Lockbox in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania

In this role you'll be performing general clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature. Duties may include: receiving, logging, batching and/or distributing work; filing, photocopying, scanning, preparing and distributing incoming and/or outgoing mail or boxes; verifying or matching data on documents and/or items; scanning documents on imaging equipment, performing simple data entry tasks; compiling simple data; performing routine math calculations. Works under close supervision following established procedures. There are also strict deadlines requiring flexibility of schedule, as this is an open-ended position with the start and end time being determined by workflow.

Successful Associate Operations Processors demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge. They have the desire and motivation to constantly improve their ability to perform each function quickly and accurately. Job duties may demand standing or sitting for long periods of time. The working environment is fun with a business casual dress code in a highly secure facility.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving

  • Receive, log, batch, and distributing work

  • File, photocopy, and answer phones

  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

  • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles

  • Work under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Lockbox or check processing experience

  • Extraction experience

  • 10-key experience

  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Ability to work effectively under direct supervision and follow specific guidelines

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

  • Ability to operate simple machines and perform basic maintenance/repairs

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Ability to achieve high production and quality standards

  • Good communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

  • Schedule subject to change based on business need

  • Must be able to work bank holidays as needed by the business

  • Friday-Monday 10-hour shifts, 7:00am-5:45pm or until the work is complete
