Job Summary We are seeing a dynamic new assistant research professor of environmental and occupational health at the Urban Health Collaborative. The new faculty member will be actively engaged as a co-investigator in several externally funded studies related to climate change and urban health. Essential Functions Lead manuscript development and analyses in the area of climate change and urban health using a range of datasets. Assists with various data acquisition and data processing tasks related to climate change and urban health. Join various working groups at the UHC related to climate change and urban health. Develop proposals for external funding to support climate change and urban health. Contribute to seminars and other activities of intellectual exchange. Mentor students and trainees in research projects aligned with existing research work. Required Qualifications A PhD or Doctorate in Epidemiology, Public health, Geography, Demography or related fields is required. 1 year of Experience is required. Experience in urban health and climate work. Experience working in research teams. Location University City - Philadelphia, PA Additional Information This is a full-time Faculty position classified as Exempt.
