University of Pennsylvania Assistant Professor, Academic Clinician, Rheumatology - Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Clinic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Rheumatology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track to work in our world-renowned Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Clinic. Expertise is required in the specific area of non-inflammatory musculoskeletal pain. Training in Pediatric Rheumatology is ideal, but not necessary. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Applicants must be Board Certified/eligible in Pediatric Rheumatology or General Pediatrics.

Teaching responsibilities may include providing teaching to medical students, pediatric residents, and pediatric rheumatology fellows. Excellence in teaching is required.

Clinical responsibilities will include inpatient and outpatient service in our Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Clinic as well as in Pediatric Rheumatology as appropriate given interest and training.
