Job Summary The Wilson Certified Trainer will oversee a cohort of up to 20 participants pursuing their Level I Certification. Wilson Certified Trainers will be responsible for working closely with Drexel University's Partner Administrator to meet the needs of attendees for any training. Trainers will be assigned a cohort and virtually provide a start-up session, five implementation meetings, and five observations per participant. Selected candidates will join a pool of trainers who will serve on an ad-hoc basis when openings become available. Drexel's School of Education is an Accredited Wilson Partner. Trainers will be held to the standards expected of both entities. Essential Functions Deliver a virtual start up session (3 hours) to a cohort of up to 20 participants Schedule and hold 5 implementation meetings for the cohort Observe each participant 5 times during the course of the practicum Follow up with Drexel University's Partner Administrator as participants complete certification Maintain Wilson Credentialed Trainer (W.C.T.) status Required Qualifications Must be a Wilson Credentialed Trainer (W.C.T.) Current or previously held state issued professional teaching license Have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience on a state-issued teaching license Demonstrated expertise and experience in presenting in a large group Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to serve culturally and ethnically diverse schools Special Instructions to the Applicant Please make sure you upload your CV/resume and cover letter when submitting your application.
