Accounting Senior Manager - Global Intercompany Lead
Overall Objective:
Lead the intercompany accounting team and collaborate with matrix partners to optimize processes to identify, monitor and eliminate affiliated activity. Engage with senior leaders of the organization to evaluate and structure complex affiliated transactions to maximize cross enterprise leverage and develop creative technology solutions to accurately process and report activity by legal entity, product and segment. Role Responsibilities:
Collaborate with accounting leadership to optimize the operating model to identify, monitor and eliminate affiliated activity.
Interact with project teams, Sox, policy and accounting leadership to evaluate and structure new product relationships, efficiency opportunities and control enhancements.
Lead governance oversight through cross-enterprise operating committee.
Collaborate on intercompany workflow design through several key technology initiatives including Oracle Cloud Enablement.
Lead a staff of 3 accountants responsible for executing key controls, supporting issue resolution and collaborating on various project deployments.
Partner with Finance and other Business areas to execute on enterprise projects.
Interact with external and internal audit partners.
Identify, develops, and maintains an efficient and well documented control environment.
Manage, develop, and retain employees to build an innovative and collaborative culture.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration with accounting major.
Minimum of eight years of professional experience and supervisory experienced preferred.
Strong strategic mindset and influencing skills.
Successful experience operating in a matrixed environment in a large multinational company.
Strong writing, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
Excellent organizational and team building skills.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
