Description:

Performs a variety of technical procedures that requires skill, independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative in the use of diagnostic ultrasound equipment for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician. The purpose is delivery of quality care.

Must be a registered ultrasound technologist (ARDMS). BCLS certification required.

Thorough knowledge of principles, practices, equipment and materials used in the practice of ultrasonography
