Mississippi Department of Transportation MDOT Maintenance Tech Team Lead in Philadelphia, Mississippi
This employer will be hosting a Job Fair on June 25, 2024 from 8:00am - 2:00 pm at MDOT 7759 US Highway 80 West Newton, MS 39345.
Philadelphia Maintenance Office. First-level supervisory position accountable for coordinating and directing of the work of maintenance technicians. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level also requires these employees to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.
Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 5+ years of experience. Agency preferred qualifications: Selected applicant must reside within a 25 miles radius of Headquarters and will be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
