Our client, Pharr Tx is seeking for a candidate to join their team. As a Operations Coordinator you will be part of the Shipping department giving supporting that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Lead (Operations Coordinator)

Location: Pharr Tx

Pay Range:$14.00 P/h

What’s the Job?

  • Facilitating overall process of forklift drivers.

  • Working with team leaders and managers regarding forklift needs and goals

  • Managing forklift drivers related to distribution of loads such as loading and unloading of goods.

  • Ability to follow safety measures for all forklift drivers.

  • Be a team leader for forklift drivers

What’s Needed?

  • 2 years Forklift experience required.

  • Ability to Lead and Manage forklift drivers

  • Experience with loading and unloading in a warehouse environment

  • Proven ability to perform assigned tasks in a timely manner;

  • Ability to lift >50 lbs., walk, stand, push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, climb, carry;
