We've been in the industry for over 35 years and are growing daily. We have over 30 communities throughout Wisconsin, with many more in the works, which means the opportunities are endless and the fun has only just begun.
Here's what you'll do:
Lead and direct all business, sales, marketing, and customer service for the community
Utilize cutting edge recruiting tools and systems to lead all hiring and onboarding activities
Motivate and engage your team, fostering their continuous growth and development by creating and maintaining a highly positive and vibrant work environment.
Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets and capital budgets
Assume full responsibility for the overall performance of the community and the well-being of residents
Schedule:
40-45 hours a week; Monday-Friday; PM to work resident functions at least 1 time a month in the evenings (until 7 or 8pm). Occasional Saturdays if needed for coverage.
