American Transmission Company Human Performance Program Manager in Pewaukee, Wisconsin
Summary of Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Human Performance Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the corporate HP program. We need a collaborative, influential individual to partner across the organization and with our field contractors. You will serve as a change agent to ingrain HP principles and programmatic elements into ATC culture, resulting in a preventative, continuous learning approach to work.
Essential Responsibilities:
You’ll use your bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated work experience, plus five or more years of experience in driving companywide programs (preferably in safety, human performance, or resiliency) to manage, execute, and coach on the various program components (e.g., Good Catch, Event Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Operating Experiences, etc.); utilize lessons learned, stakeholder feedback, and leading industry practices to mature and evolve the program; and drive change across the organization towards a culture that embraces conscious learning and implementation of lessons learned. Success requires active relationships across all levels of ATC and the ability to make HP relatable to both office and field employees.
This position is based in the ATC footprint (Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula of Michigan). ATC embraces flexibility in our workplace; depending on your schedule for the day and the needs of the business, you are able to choose to work at home or one of our four offices.
