Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for working with horizontal cross functional teams and regions within Service, Segment Business Unit Product engineering, etc., to lead and drive productivity strategic initiatives. This role should lead productivity ideas into measurable projects including
establishing standard work such case business case, action activation and execution, tool management such as Devonway, processes, training and continuous improvement.
This role is central to GEHC Service VCP and supports execution of key strategic initiatives that help talents further and practice critical and operational expertise, that leads to business profitability and enables Global Service VCP goal.
This is a global role and the ideal candidate will be located / based in a hub location: Buc, France, Amersham, UK, Milwaukee / Chicago USA and Budapest. This is a global role that requires managing execution across various timezones.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Own Global Service productivity Funnel management initiatives , drives disruptive cost workouts, establish gatekeeping on via ongoing reviews, track progress, and provide help to achieve funnel and program targets.
Lead and drive strategic idea activation by developing and quantifying business cases through comprehensive cost, benefit and return on investment analysis, budgeting, identifying short term quick wins and long-term high impact opportunities with out of box thinking
Drive best practices across the regions in terms of workforce efficiency and cost out project deployments
Drive financial accountability and budget management for key programs to ensure all productivity targets for the programs are met within regions , with cross functional teams including finance, modality engineering teams, sourcing, supply chain, service regions, sales (as needed)
Lead communication with clear agenda, objectives, initiatives, and culture in order to build rapport to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes .
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and influential skills to establish regular interactions with adjacent functions needed to solve issues.
Lead with lean mindset and can- do attitude to find and drive actions towards solutions with key milestones, timelines and owners
Qualifications/Requirements
BA/BS degree
At least 10 years of leadership experience in corporate world or military
Prior Services or operations experiences - especially region service delivery, service sales or modality engineering / VCP
Proven experience managing scorecards, metrics and deliverables.
Proven leadership in driving high impact projects in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and high visibility
Experience with the service delivery process - field troubleshooting & fix; scheduling; job dispatch
Experience in developing and driving productivity projects
Experience with leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
Business acumen, including a strong financial background
Strong communication and team-building skill: highly skilled at written and verbal communication both inside the company and with external customers
Demonstrated ability to apply lean skills to daily program management
Ability to influence and drive change cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Functional management responsible for leading and directing all active association with customer project management. Should not be used for Project managers at any level.
Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
