Job Description Summary

The Pre boarding Services specialist supports GE Aerospace functions within pre boarding processes in the LATAM region. This role is focused on facilitating efficient onboarding in our Brazil sites, working directly with the new hires and aiding them in the completion of all onboarding requirements. Additionally, this role responds and solves to process queries from employees, managers and HRM’s in a timely and professional manner according to established standards, expectations and metrics. The Pre boarding services specialist is essential in creating a positive first impression for new employees and setting the foundation for their success within the company.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Serving as first point of contact in pre boarding support and services in a fast paced environment.

• Manages day to day support for pre boarding related service tickets, processes, transactions, escalations and program/event support (including employment contracts, background checks, drug screen and other pre boarding documentation and processes).

• Continuous communication to People Leaders to ensure positive hire experience within pre boarding and beyond, ensuring new hire has a warm welcome into GE Aerospace.

• Operate within the compliance guidelines while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

• Fluent English

Desired Characteristics:

• Pre boarding/Onboarding experience in a shared services environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Bilingual, preferred English or Spanish speaker.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high demand environment.

• Experience in HRIS systems, Workday preferred.

• Demonstrated skill in judgement to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems

• Experience in customer service delivery, customer focused mindset.

FIXED TERM One Year contract.
