In the Human & Behavioral Sciences Team, our mission is to apply human insights and behavioral science to be an indispensable competitive edge of P&G’s innovations, ideas, and executions.

As a Human Insights Manager in the Team, you will be expected to:

  • Enable and advocate for consumer empathy across the A&I organization through consumer immersions and consumer data analytics, helping build the skills of the organization and influencing significant brand strategies

  • Analyze and translate data from multiple and diverse sources into meaningful insights to achieve breakthrough results.

  • Innovate on new capabilities to glean consumer insights and work with team leaders to scale these capabilities across the organization

  • Build internal training and development to enable our business to lead and encourage cross-functional teams to explore and understand our consumers’ experiences and unmet needs.

  • Synthesize disparate inputs and train the organization to move from abstract to concrete insights, driving clarity, detail, and refinement to our strategies and offerings.

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience in consumers insights or an equivalent field.

  • Experience in a variety of methodologies, including qualitative (e.g. ethnography, consumer journeys, online consumer panels, job to be done, metaphor elicitation) and quantitative (social listening data, idea testing, implicit testing and tracking) research. Experience being in or partnering with third-party research agencies.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, a plus if the degree is in Human Factors, Anthropology, Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Sciences, Human Centered Design, or similar field.

  • Ability to deliver sound, genuine insights, and strategic recommendations against defined business objectives.

  • Outstanding written, visual, and verbal communication skills.

  • English language proficiency.

Preferred

  • Master’s Degree in Human Factors, Anthropology, Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human-Centered Design, or similar.

  • Experience translating business questions into appropriately prioritized and resourced research plans. Experience interacting, presenting, and influencing business partners at multiple levels.

  • Serve as an advocate, representing the consumer voice in all contributions to the business and throughout the development process.

  • Proven skill in data visualization and/or graphic design and excellent in storytelling
