At P&G, our communications group is responsible for representing our brands to outside partners like journalists, consumer associations, and NGOs.

As BRAND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER – COUNTRIES COORDINATION, you will report directly to Oral Care Europe Communication Senior Director.

Responsibilities:

  • You will independently build, lead and execute Local PR / Communications campaigns using influencers that will build awareness for brand superiority and elevate brand image across earned and owned media.

  • You will support brand activities like product launches and execute them across online and offline platforms, based on the deployed RBU social media and influencer/PR strategies (deployed to the markets by OC RBU organization).

  • You will empower key markets (DACH, Northern Europe, FBNL and Italy) to plan and implement brand influencer marketing plans which integrate earned awareness with owned and paid communications

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/experience: Degree in marketing/communications, media, or have work experiences in marketing, communications, or PR experience (either agency or in-house).

  • Communication skills: we are looking for someone who is able to create sophisticated communication clear, concise and well-organized communication materials and messages (written, oral, visual).

  • Ability to present information both clearly and convincingly to external influencers (e.g., news media).

  • A high level of proficiency in the English language is essential and the candidate must have global communication skills and be able to communicate across cultures.

  • Proven experience in Building Effective Working Relationships: this will be key in helping to develop effective credentialing partnerships and establishing the individual as a key ‘go-to’ contact for thought-leading influencers.

  • Creativity: ability to think creatively to develop compelling stories as well as identifying new opportunities for Communications to drive earned awareness, credibility and build the business.

  • Passion and Experience for Digital communications.
