Job Title: Manufacturing Support Associate

Job Description

Under the direction of the Manufacturing Lead, the Manufacturing Support Associate supports operations to meet strategic department objectives. Responsibilities include preparing cleaning and sanitizing solutions, performing routine cleaning of controlled and classified manufacturing areas, and replenishing manufacturing components, materials, and supplies. The role may initially focus on sanitation to facilitate understanding of GMP policies before transitioning to a Cleanroom Operator role, handling delicate vial filling processes. Other duties involve transporting stock, attending shift meetings, and conforming to safety and documentation standards.

Hard Skills

• Manufacturing experience (2-5 years)

• Sanitation and GMP knowledge (1-2 years)

• Material handling (2-5 years)

Soft Skills

• Ability to articulate and understand strategic objectives

• Adaptability to training and new environments

• Good communication skills

Work Environment

The facility is new, clean, and resembles an office building with a climate-controlled environment and state-of-the-art equipment. The production is set to begin in June with intensive training initially provided. The management is friendly and committed to training staff to become experts in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
