Thompson Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a Field Administrator to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible for the successful execution of all administrative duties at our customer location daily. The Field Administrator s erves as representative of Thompson Industrial n creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. The Field Administrator is responsible for the safe and proper execution of Thompson Industrial jobs across all service lines in accordance with client and business requirements and company policies, practices, and procedures. Verify and review customer invoices, correct discrepancies by contacting customer
Verify contract terms and rates to billing sheets for services.
Produce and process customer invoices.
Prepare and post accounts receivables transactions.
Verify that contract terms and rates are accurate.
Review and resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies.
Review customers’ accounts for payment status and follow up on collection of payment.
Review short payments and unapplied payments.
Other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent (required);
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
2 years AR experience required
Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
High level of computer proficiency.
